They are looking for an experienced contract administrator to assist the construction team in the delivery of residential builds less than $30 million+ throughout the Inner City and South Eastern suburbs.

This career opportunity is best suited to someone looking to take on more responsibility and have greater autonomy in carrying out a contract administrator role.





Therefore must be able to demonstrate a history of taking a leading role on projects of a similar size within the commercial space.

It is perfect for someone wanting to show case their contract administration skills and knowledge of the subcontractor market in the residential market, whilst making the most of the opportunity to grow and develop a long term construction career.

You will be supporting a down to earth, supportive and driven project delivery team, responsible for the following: 


- Preparation of subcontract packages
- Letting of trade packages and understanding of how a build comes together 
- Reviewing, negotiating and finalising contracts
- Managing sub contract schedules and the processing of invoices to ensure compliance with contracts
- Proactively managing and tracking project expenditure

 As the ideal applicant, you will have: 


- A tertiary qualification in Construction 
- Experience of working as a Contracts Administrator with a commercial builder 
- Prior exposure to commercial or residential projects over $5 million in value
- Excellent time management and organisation skills that are second to none
- Very good written and verbal communication 
- Appropriate IT skills
- Honest, Proactive and Enthusiastic
