About the role:
Reporting to the Inventory & Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee and own all purchasing and replenishment activities nationally, ensuring the timely, accurate, and cost-effective acquisition of stocked goods. In this role you will also take ownership of master data accuracy, pricing maintenance, and purchasing governance to support reliable inventory availability.
Key Responsibilities will be but not limited to:
- Analyse inventory holdings, consumption and demand across the national warehouse network.
- Coordinate end-to-end purchase order activity, including replenishment, urgent orders, order tracking and delivery coordination.

- Monitor stock availability, excess inventory, slow-moving and obsolete stock.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and transaction issues.
- Maintain inventory and supply-chain master data within Odoo
- Coordinate demand planning and forecasting activities with key operational stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain inventory, procurement and supply-chain reporting.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding lead times, pricing, availability and purchase orders.
- Work with warehouse teams to improve inventory accuracy,
stock movements and cycle counting.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting and automation.
- Support supply-chain projects and continuous-improvement initiatives.
- Provide actionable analysis and recommendations to the Inventory & Supply Chain Manager.
About You:
If you consider yourself a whiz with Excel, have an interest with AI, have experience with replenishment planning and master data accuracy within an inventory setting, and are looking for your next challenge, we want to hear from you!!
You will have:
- 2+ years' experience in a similar role
- Advanced Excel skills, with experience in Power BI or similar reporting/BI tools highly regarded.
- Strong inventory coordination and stock control capability
- Have an interest in AI and Automation in the workplace
- Experience maintaining ERP master data
- Be a team player with strong communication skills
Experience within utilities, construction, trade services, infrastructure or field service environments is highly regarded, however not required.
