As a Membership Sales Consultant, you are self-motivated and driven to achieve your KPIs in a dynamic sales team. You'll be responsible for driving sales of Fernwood's comprehensive range of health and fitness memberships to new and existing clients, while changing lives every day. This part-time role at Fernwood Women's Health Clubs in Ballarat offers an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, high-energy team
What you'll be doing
- Actively engage with potential members to understand their fitness goals and recommend the most suitable Fernwood membership.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all Fernwood members.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and member information.
- Continuously deepen your product knowledge to provide members with accurate, helpful information.
What we're looking for
- Passion for health, fitness and providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Highly motivated and driven to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Flexible and available to work a mix of mornings, late afternoon/early evenings and Saturday mornings.
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the fitness or health and wellness industry.
