Job Purpose
Coordinating and administering the Property Development activities in relation to town planning matters and divestments for CRN land and premises.
What You'll Be Doing
Work in a small team of Development Assessment
Support development and delivery of acquisitions and disposals programs Preparation of planning and development applications
Reviewing and creating briefing notes at according to procedures and updating records. Engage with UGLRL Stakeholders for input to development activities.
Assist with development and implementation of rail corridor procedures.
Access, utilise and maintain existing systems and databases to provide analysis and develop, maintain and produce a range of development reports to support management of development matters.
Ensure that all development analysis and assessments are in accordance with quality, environmental, and safety management plans of the business.
About You
Certificate / Diploma in Urban Planning / Town Planning/ Development Analysis
Sound experience in planning and property matters.
Ability to utilise Microsoft Office Suite (including Visio, Excel and Outlook) and record management systems to produce reports and record information to required standards.
