Our company is a boutique growing company, based near Campebltown, providing solar & battery solutions to customers all around South Australia and Victoria and soon going beyond.

We're seeking a skilled & experienced Office Admin to join our growing team! As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll be the representative of our company, providing exceptional communication and customer service skills. Responsibilities:

- Manage office duties including phone calls, emails, and walk-ins (sometimes)

- Manage sales pipeline, tracking progress and customer interactions.

- Make follow up phone calls with different stakeholders

- Provide top-notch customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently

- Confirm appointments for the sales team

- Approvals, Connections, Job Scheduling & Invoicing (ad hoc)

- Make phone calls to past clients & book appointments for resale opportunities (& earn commissions!)

- Assist with social media marketing efforts (a plus,



but not required)

Ideal candidate:

- Ideally native English speaker due to the nature of work
