As part of our expansion, we are developing DOW Studios, our dedicated in-house photography, videography and creative media division.

We are seeking an experienced, talented and highly creative Full-Time Photographer & Videographer to join our team and play a key role in building this exciting new division.

This is an opportunity for an ambitious creative skilled to take ownership of visual production, work with exceptional properties and help establish a premium real estate media studio.

About the Role

You will be responsible for producing high-quality photography, cinematic video and digital content across our residential sales, property management, development projects and corporate marketing campaigns.

From photographing multimillion-dollar luxury homes and architectural residences to creating cinematic property films, social media campaigns and professional brand content, no two days will be the same.

You will work closely with our sales, property management and marketing teams to deliver visually compelling content that reflects our brand and positions our properties at the highest standard.

The role combines hands-on photography, filmmaking, creative direction, editing and production management.

Key Responsibilities

Photography

- Professional architectural, interior and exterior property photography.

- Luxury residential, commercial and development photography.

- Twilight, lifestyle and detailed architectural photography.

- Photography for residential sales and rental listings.

- Professional corporate headshots, team photography and agent profiles.

- Advanced photo editing, retouching, exposure blending and colour correction.

- Maintaining a consistent premium visual standard across all property marketing.

Videography & Film Production

- Producing cinematic luxury property films and walkthrough videos.

- Creating high-end architectural and lifestyle promotional videos.

- Drone and aerial photography and videography.

- Filming residential developments and off-the-plan projects.

- Producing agent introduction videos, interviews and brand campaigns.

- Professional video editing, colour grading, audio production and post-production.

- Using creative camera movements, lighting and storytelling to produce engaging films.

- Managing the complete production process from concept to final delivery.

Social Media & Digital Content

- Creating Instagram Reels, TikTok videos and short-form digital content.

- Filming property launches, behind-the-scenes footage and promotional campaigns.

- Developing creative content for social media and digital advertising.

- Producing engaging agent and corporate branding videos.





- Collaborating with the marketing team on creative concepts and content strategies.

- Adapting video content for different digital platforms and formats.

Creative Production & Workflow

- Planning, coordinating and managing photography and video shoots.

- Managing multiple projects and delivering content within agreed deadlines.

- Organising and maintaining digital photography and video libraries.

- Ensuring consistent branding and premium presentation across all content.

- Working independently while collaborating with internal teams.

- Contributing creative ideas to improve property marketing and production quality.

About You

We are seeking a highly motivated creative professional with a genuine passion for photography, filmmaking, architecture and visual storytelling.

You will have the technical skills and creative vision to produce exceptional content, while also being organised, reliable and comfortable managing projects independently.

Essential Requirements

- Demonstrated professional experience in both photography and videography.

- An outstanding portfolio showcasing high-quality photography and cinematic video production.

- Strong understanding of architectural and interior photography.

- Advanced experience with professional camera bodies, lenses, lighting and stabilisation equipment.

- Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent software.

- Excellent understanding of lighting, composition, exposure, colour grading and visual storytelling.

- Experience producing engaging social media and short-form video content.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to exceptional quality.

- Ability to manage shoots, editing workloads and deadlines independently.

- Excellent communication and organisational skills.

- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout Melbourne, Geelong and surrounding regions.

Highly Regarded

- Experience in luxury residential real estate photography.

- Architectural and interior photography expertise.

- Advanced cinematic filmmaking and skilled colour grading.

- Drone operation experience and relevant CASA accreditation.

- Experience with professional gimbals, lighting systems and audio equipment.

- Experience with floor plans, virtual tours and other property marketing media.

Professional Equipment & Studio Development

We are actively investing in and expanding our professional photography and videography equipment as we establish DOW Studios.

Our planned investment includes professional camera bodies, lenses, lighting, drones, gimbals, audio equipment, editing workstations and production accessories.

We are particularly interested in candidates who can contribute their knowledge and expertise to help us build a professional production studio.
