You will lead the people side of embedding change on an Australian Government program: training and capability uplift for a technology program, or organisational design and workforce transition for operating-model change.
Key responsibilities
- Run training needs analysis from change-impact assessments and role changes
- Design and deliver training, learning materials and capability uplift for leaders, end users and support teams, timed to release and go-live milestones
- Assess workforce and role impacts of operating-model and technology change, and develop organisational design options and the transition plan
- Engage SES sponsors, operational leaders and affected employees through the transition
- Measure training effectiveness, adoption and advantages, and hand over into business as usual
- Work with the change lead so that training, communications and readiness fit together
About you
- Australian citizenship and an active Australian Government security clearance (Baseline, NV1 or NV2)
- Available to work on a hybrid set up in Canberra
- Training, capability, organisational design or workforce transition experience on an Australian Government program
- Personal delivery of training needs analysis, training design and delivery, or workforce transition planning, plus adoption measurement
- Experience on technology or operating-model change such as AI, ServiceNow, ERP, cloud, cyber or digital transformation
- Experience engaging SES sponsors and operational leaders
- Familiarity with the APS Change Framework
- Prosci / ADKAR, APMG, Agile Change or an equivalent methodology
