About the role

M3 Dental PTY LTD is seeking a talented, experienced and compassionate Dentist to join our growing team at our modern dental practice in Marsden Park, NSW. Key responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive general dental care, including preventive, restorative and cosmetic treatments.
- Conduct thorough dental examinations, diagnoses and treatment planning using modern dental technology.
- Develop personalised treatment plans based on patients' individual needs and clinical circumstances.
- Perform routine and complex dental procedures, including restorative treatments and root canal therapy.
- Utilise rotary endodontic systems and CBCT imaging where clinically indicated.
- Deliver high standards of patient care, comfort, safety and clinical outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with Australian regulatory and professional requirements.
- Communicate clearly with patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, procedures, costs and aftercare.
- Work collaboratively with dental assistants, hygienists and other team members to ensure a positive patient experience.
- Follow infection prevention and control procedures, workplace health and safety requirements, and professional standards.

About you

- Current registration with the Dental Board of Australia through AHPRA.
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery or an equivalent qualification recognised in Australia.




- Minimum of two years' post-graduation clinical experience in general dentistry.
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based dental practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient-focused approach with a strong commitment to ethical and professional dental care.
- Excellent attention to detail and accurate clinical record-keeping.
- Familiarity with dental practice management software and digital imaging systems.
- Current CPR certification and a commitment to continuing professional development.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dental team.
