Bright Choice Electrical is a growing electrical business based in Mosman, servicing the North Shore, Northern Beaches and surrounding areas.
We're looking for a qualified electrician to join our team.
We're a growing business, which means you'll get exposure to a wide variety of electrical work rather than spending every day doing the same thing. One day might be a residential service call or fault find, the next a switchboard upgrade, renovation, commercial maintenance job or lighting project.
We're looking for someone who wants to keep learning, build their skills and grow with the company as we do.
What we offer
- $45–$60 per hour + super, depending on experience

The work
You'll get exposure to a broad range of electrical work, including:
- Residential service and maintenance
- Fault finding and troubleshooting
- Lighting installations and upgrades
- Power and switchboard upgrades
- Renovations and fit-outs
- Commercial electrical work
- Strata maintenance
- EV charger installations
- Electrical safety and inspection work
- Working alongside builders and other trades
Variety is a big part of the role. We're not looking for someone to spend every day doing the same repetitive work.
A excellent opportunity for a newly qualified electrician
If you've recently completed your apprenticeship and are looking for your first role as a qualified electrician, this could be a great opportunity to build your experience.
You don't need to know everything on day one.
We're interested in someone who has a good attitude, wants to learn and takes pride in their work. We'll provide support and training as you develop, with the opportunity to take on more responsibility as your skills and the business grow.
There will be opportunities to develop into more advanced work, including Level 2 electrical work, as well as greater responsibility within the team.
If you're already an experienced electrician, that's absolutely welcome too.
What we're looking for
- NSW Licensed Electrician
- Newly qualified electricians encouraged to apply
- Previous electrical experience
- Current Australian driver's licence
- White Card
- Your own basic electrical tools
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Someone who takes pride in their work
- A willingness to learn and develop
- Ability to work independently while knowing when to ask for help
