You will be developing a high performing desk focused on recruiting both blue and white collar roles within existing and new clients. This position will be ideal for experienced Sales Manager who has experience in strategizing and delivering results, you will be looking to elevate your experience with ability to drive business sales within your sector.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the Recruitment and Labour Hire industry.

Responsibilities Include:
Developing growth strategies and plans
Increasing client base
Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
Writing business proposals
Negotiating with stakeholders
Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
Following industry trends locally and internationally
Drafting and reviewing contracts




Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
Reporting to the GM AU/NZ, and working to further expand the business on a global scale (recent office currently being setup in the UK)

Experience we are looking for:
3 + Years experience as a leader who has delivered results at a State or National Level
Financial acumen and business management skills
Management of budgets and operational costs
Solid work ethic and ability to communicate across all levels
Client relationship skills with a continuous improvement focus
Recruit, train, mentor and lead staff
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Contract management and tender proposal experience
Excellent understanding of labour hire/ recruitment industry
HR/ IR/ ER knowledge and exposure
Ability to build rapport and mentor the broader workforce
