About the role

To support the efficient manufacture, packing, and dispatch of construction chemical products in a protected and compliant factory workplace. The Production & Warehouse Operator plays a hands-on role in daily production activities while maintaining quality, safety, and operational standards.

Key responsibilities
Assist with batching, mixing, filling, labelling, and packaging of products in accordance with production schedules and SOPs.
Operate machinery and equipment safely and in line with manufacturer instructions and company procedures.
Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
Receive, store, and move raw materials and finished goods.
Assist with phone calls and Direct Sales from warehouse.
Assist with stock counts, inventory control, and housekeeping of warehouse areas.




Load and unload deliveries in a safe and effective manner.
Follow all WHS policies, safety procedures, and PPE requirements.
Maintain a clean, organised, and hazard-free work environment.
Identify and report equipment faults, safety hazards, or quality issues to supervisors.

About you
Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or production environments (preferred).
Physically capable of manual handling tasks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Reliable, punctual, and team focused.
Forklift licence. (preferred)
Intermediate Computer Skills (preferred).
