Job Description

As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance, culture, safety and profitability of the Orange branch.

This is an prospect to establish a new operation, build a high-performing team and create strong customer relationships across the region.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll take ownership of branch performance across sales growth, customer service, people leadership, inventory management, warehouse operations, safety and financial outcomes.

You'll play a key role in driving business growth while creating a workplace where team members feel supported, engaged and empowered to succeed.
