We're looking for a Qualified Chef to join our team at The General, a busy, year-round pub located in Mount Hotham with a solid local following. We're also preparing to open a fine dining venue for the winter season. This is an prospect for a motivated chef to get involved, contribute creatively and grow alongside the business. You'll work across both a busy pub kitchen and a fine dining venue, bringing your own ideas and helping to shape the future of our food offering.
