Kids Party & Events Manager – Manhattan Superbowl, Mascot
Full time | Wednesday to Sunday | $80,000 – $85,000 + monthly performance bonus

About the role
Kids' parties are one of the biggest and fastest-growing parts of our business. We're looking for an experienced, commercially minded leader to manage and grow this area and deliver an exceptional experience for every family that walks through our doors.

Your week

Wednesday – Friday: planning and sales
Confirm upcoming bookings and follow up every enquiry and lead
Finalise catering, dietary requirements and party details with parents
Prepare run sheets and staff rosters for the weekend
Grow bookings through school, community and corporate outreach, and by upselling party packages

Saturday – Sunday: on the floor
Meet and greet parents and guests
Run multiple parties at once, from setup to pack-down
Lead and direct the party team on shift
Liaise with the kitchen and bar so food and drinks run on time
Step in on the floor, behind the bar or with guests whenever needed
Handle issues on the spot so every family leaves happy

Across the week you'll also:




Drive revenue and guest satisfaction across our parties and events program
Recruit, train and develop the party team
Keep the venue secure and compliant for children and families

What you'll bring
3+ years' experience in events, functions or hospitality, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
A proven track record of hitting sales or booking targets
Confident and qualified with parents, schools and corporate clients
Highly organised, detail-focused and calm under pressure
Available Wednesday to Sunday, including weekends and school holidays (occasional weekends off by arrangement)
Current NSW Working With Children Check (required)
RSA certificate (required)
