We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Support Workers to join our growing team. We are currently looking for a Support Worker who is available any of the following hours:
Weekdays -
7:00 am – 10:00 am
3:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Weekends -
9am - 2pm

About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support tailored to each individual's needs, interests, and goals. No two days are the same, and your role may include:
Assisting with community access and social participation
Supporting skill development and independence
Assisting with daily living activities
Supporting participants to achieve their NDIS goals
Encouraging choice, inclusion, and meaningful engagement
Transporting participants to activities and appointments
About You
We are looking for someone who is:

A solid communicator with a positive attitude
Respectful of individual choice and dignity
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Essential Requirements
Current Working with Children Check
National Police Check
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle - comprehensive car
NDIS Worker Orientation Module completion (or willingness to complete when onboarded)
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
