Passionate culinary skilled Sous Chef with experience in Italian cuisine.

Robust leadership skills to keep the kitchen running efficiently and profitably.

Supervising and training kitchen staff ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Directing food preparation, assisting with menu creation, and ensuring the quality of dishes.

Assist with menu planning, creating current dishes and calculating menu prices.

Managing stock, tracking inventory, and ordering supplies to ensure consistency.

Must have full working rights.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $85,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year

Smithfield NSW 2164: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
