We are looking for a friendly, reliable and responsible Casual Retail Assistant to join our team at Sweet Chance in Dakabin.

This role is well suited to a high school student looking for regular after-school and weekend work. Previous retail experience is not essential — we are happy to provide training for the right person.

About the role

Your duties will include:
Serving customers in a friendly and qualified manner
Operating the register and handling cash/EFTPOS transactions
Assisting with Lotto services after training
Receiving and handling ParcelPoint parcels
Restocking shelves and keeping displays tidy
Maintaining a clean and organised store
Helping with general day-to-day store duties

We’re looking for someone who is:
Friendly, positive and confident speaking with customers
Reliable,



punctual and responsible
Willing to learn and follow instructions
Comfortable handling cash and using a POS system
Available for regular weekday after-school shifts
Available for weekend shifts
Looking for a reliable casual position rather than short-term work

No previous retail experience is required. Training will be provided.
