OVERNIGHT BAKER / BAKERY ASSISTANT
Jane’s Scrolls | Brisbane

We’re looking for an extra baker / bakery assistant to join our overnight production (weekends) and our bakery prep team.

This role is hands-on and quick paced, helping prepare our scrolls for weekend markets across Brisbane as well as baked goods for our store.

Shifts:
Friday 10pm – Saturday 6am
Saturday 10pm – Sunday 6am
Monday - Friday (5am - 4pm) - mixed shifts

What you’ll be doing:
Proofing dough
Baking scrolls
Icing & decorating
Packing orders for markets
General bakery prep & cleaning

We’re looking for someone who:
Works well under pressure
Is reliable and punctual
Enjoys hands-on work
Can work efficiently in a team
Has baking, kitchen or hospitality experience
