We’re looking for a motivated, outgoing Sales Team Member to join the growing team at Home Renovation Centre.

Home Renovation Centre is a bathroom and renovation showroom supplying a huge range of vanities, tapware, baths, basins, toilets, mirrors, accessories and renovation products to homeowners, builders, plumbers and renovators across the Tweed, Gold Coast and Northern Rivers.

We’re building HRC into more than just another bathroom shop. Our goal is to create a place where customers can walk in with an idea and leave with the products, advice and confidence to bring their renovation together.

The role will involve: Helping customers select products for their renovations
Preparing quotes and following up enquiries
Building relationships with builders, plumbers and renovators
Managing showroom and phone enquiries
Learning our product ranges and helping customers find the right solution

We’re looking for someone who is confident, friendly, organised and genuinely enjoys dealing with people.

Experience in sales, bathrooms, plumbing, building, interiors or renovation products would be a massive advantage — but attitude, communication and willingness to learn are just as significant.

This isn’t a huge corporate setting. We’re a local, hands-on business with big plans, and we want someone who is excited about growing with us and becoming an significant part of the team.
