We’re looking for an experienced, motivated and hands-on Store Manager to take charge of a busy fruit and grocery store in Werribee.
We want someone who can take full responsibility for managing the business, lead a team and ensure the store operates efficiently, profitably and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the entire store.
Lead, train and manage staff, including rostering and performance.
Oversee fresh produce ordering, stock control and supplier relationships.
Maintain excellent fruit and vegetable quality, freshness and presentation.
Minimise wastage, control expenses and maximise profitability.
Drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service.
Ensure the store is clean, well-stocked and professionally presented.
Take responsibility for stock rotation, pricing and inventory management.
What We're Looking For
Previous management experience in a fruit and vegetable shop, supermarket or grocery store.
Strong knowledge of fresh produce,
ordering and stock management.
Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
Good understanding of sales, margins, stock wastage and profitability.
A reliable, hardworking and proactive attitude.
Someone who can work independently and run the store with minimal supervision.
