About the role

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will lead a play-based educational program that reflects children’s interests, strengths and individual needs. You will work closely with educators, families and centre leadership to create an inclusive, engaging environment where every child feels safe, valued and supported.

Your responsibilities will include:
Planning, implementing and evaluating educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.
Observing and documenting children’s learning to guide intentional teaching and future planning.
Supporting children’s wellbeing, development and transition to school.
Building positive, collaborative relationships with children and families.
Sharing your knowledge and supporting educators to strengthen their practice.
Contributing to critical reflection, continuous improvement and the centre’s Quality Improvement Plan.




Maintaining a strong commitment to child safety and the National Quality Standard.

About you

We are looking for someone who brings warmth, initiative and a genuine passion for early childhood education. You will have:
An ACECQA-approved early childhood teaching qualification.
A current Working with Children Check and relevant teacher registration, where required.
Current first aid, CPR, asthma and anaphylaxis training.
A sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standard.
Strong communication, organisation and teamwork skills.
A commitment to inclusive practice and providing a child-protected workplace.
