You will lead the charge in delivering extraordinary experiences for our clients. Supervise daily operations ensuring every visit is secure, enjoyable and memorable for our patrons. Motivate and mentor the team to uphold our values for safety and customer service.

Monitor and maintain sailing equipment, paddle boards and kayaks meeting protected standards.

Instruct patrons on the use of hire equipment - Catamarans, kayaks and Stand-up Paddle boards. Run school sailing programs, corporate and club groups.

Operate the rescue boats. Conduct water safety/rescue procedures and manage First Aid.

Manage all risk management protocols and procedures. Comply with our Health and Safety protocols.

Requirements: Certificate in sailing instruction, Water rescue, First Aid Certificate, Skippers license, Working with Children clearance

Pay: $26.44 – $68.78 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
