We are looking for experienced Pipe fabricators / Welders to join our team on Navy and commercial projects.

About the Role
Your duties may include:
Pipe fabrication and installation
Reading and interpreting fabrication drawings and isometric drawings
Pipe fitting, cutting, bending and preparation
TIG / MIG / ARC welding as required
Working with carbon steel, stainless steel,
copper-nickel and other marine piping materials
Working to project specifications, drawings and welding procedures
Maintaining high standards of quality, safety and workmanship
About You
We are looking for people with:
Proven experience as a Pipe Fabricator / Welder
Shipbuilding, marine, industrial or defence experience is highly regarded
Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings and isometrics
Solid welding and fabrication skills
Strong English reading and writing
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong commitment to safety and quality
Relevant trade qualifications and tickets
Able to obtain a federal police check.
Australian work rights
Defence/Navy experience and relevant security clearances will be highly regarded.
Pay: $40.00 – $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38.0 – 55.0 per week
Work Location: In person
