We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Kitchen Hand with a minimum of 12 months of experience to join our fast-paced kitchen team. You’ll play a key role in maintaining cleanliness, assisting chefs with basic food preparation, and ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly during busy service hours.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with basic food preparation (washing, peeling, chopping ingredients)
Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
Wash dishes and operate dishwashing equipment
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are always maintained
Unpack and store deliveries appropriately
Assist chefs and kitchen staff as needed during service
Remove rubbish and ensure kitchen waste is properly managed

Requirements:
Minimum 12 months of experience in a commercial kitchen workplace




Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Solid attention to detail and cleanliness
Physically fit and able to be on your feet for long periods
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
Adaptable availability, including weekends and evenings

Pay: $24.95 – $28.00 per hour
