About the Role Are you a professional driver who takes pride in your rig and values transparent, honest communication? We are a boutique logistics company looking for an experienced Interstate Linehaul Driver to join our close-knit team. We do not treat our drivers like a number; we treat you like a partner in our success.
What We Offer
Quality Equipment: We invest in our fleet. You will be driving well-maintained gear that is serviced regularly.
Respect & Autonomy: We trust our drivers to manage their runs without constant supervision.
Direct Access: You will be working directly with the owners—no layers of middle management.
Primary Routes: Melbourne to Adelaide/Sydney.
Reliable Pay: Competitive rates paid on time, every time.
What We Are Looking For We are small and agile, which means we rely on our drivers to be the face of the business. We are looking for:
The Qualified: You always maintain a professional attitude, treat trucks and trailer like your own and always keep a clean driving record.
The Mechanic’s Ally:
You do not just drive; you have "mechanical sympathy." You are proactive with pre-starts and report minor issues before they become major breakdowns.
The Communicator: You keep us in the loop. Whether it is a delay at a dock or a logbook update, you understand that transparent communication keeps the wheels turning.
Safety First: A zero-compromise attitude toward fatigue management and road safety.
