What we are looking for:

Valid RSA required
Previous experience in a management role in a quick-paced, food and beverage-driven venue ;
AUS Working Rights ;
Have the confidence and professionalism to lead a team;
Solid work ethic with a hands-on approach ;
Prepared to work flexible schedule, including weekends and late nights ;
Strong computer acumen, including the ability to use Microsoft Office and POS software ;
A proven track record of controlling and improving results, such as food and labour costs ;
A Front of House expert who can deliver exceptional service and take our guests through a casual and fun culinary journey; immaculate grooming and personal presentation;
Exposure to opening a new venue will be viewed positively.
