Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality Taekwondo classes for children, teens and adults
Teach and develop students in Poomsae, fundamentals and general Taekwondo skills
Plan and deliver engaging, structured and energetic classes
Maintain robust class control, discipline and safety
Motivate and encourage students of all ages and abilities
Provide technical corrections and help students progress through their training
Prepare students for gradings, competitions and events
Follow OMAC’s curriculum, teaching standards and procedures
Build positive relationships with students, parents and fellow instructors
Work collaboratively with the coaching team and be open to feedback and ongoing development
Assist with OMAC events, gradings and other programs as required
Pay: $40.00 – $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 per week
