Caretaker / Cleaner – Body Corporate Sites

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Caretaker to join our team, responsible for cleaning and light garden maintenance across body corporate properties.

What’s on offer:
– 38 hours per week abn
Company car provided

Variety of work across multiple sites

Key Responsibilities:
General cleaning of common areas (lobbies, lifts, bin rooms, etc.)
Basic garden and grounds maintenance (sweeping, trimming, weeding)
Reporting any building issues or maintenance needs
Ensuring sites are kept to a high standard for residents

Requirements:
Previous cleaning experience (body corporate/strata cleaning highly regarded)
Some garden maintenance experience
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Good communication skills
Full driver’s licence
