Landscape Maintenance / Grounds Person – 2 Days Per Week

Turner Landscape & Care is looking for a reliable and experienced person to join our growing landscaping business for approximately 2 days per week, with the potential for additional work in the future.

The role will initially focus on the ongoing maintenance and presentation of a large high-end residential property in the Macedon Ranges.

Initial duties will include:
Ride-on and push mowing
Whipper snipping and lawn edging
Blowing and cleaning driveways and paved areas
General property and garden presentation
Keeping outdoor areas maintained to a consistently high standard

As the gardens become established, the role will develop to include more general horticultural and garden maintenance, including pruning, hedging, weed management, plant care, fertilising and general garden upkeep.

About you:
Previous experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, horticulture or a similar role




Confident using mowing and landscape maintenance equipment
Valuable knowledge of plants and horticulture is highly regarded
Horticulture qualification desirable but not essential
Robust attention to detail
Reliable and able to work independently
Takes pride in producing high-quality work
Current driver's licence

Days: Approximately 2 days per week initially
Pay: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications

Pay: $30.00 – $80.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16.0 per week
