Cooking and food production

Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
Kitchen cleaning and end of shift pack-down
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
Working efficiently during both quiet and busy service periods

Ability to keep station and food prep areas clean and tidy
An understanding for dietary requirements and cross contamination
An understanding of FIFO and food stock upkeeping
Reliability and punctuality
Passion and attention to detail




Active listening and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and maintain quality during service
The passion for creating current and exciting reciepes for specials

Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15.0 per week
