DOJU is looking for a Casual Chef to join our kitchen team.

We are a One Hat restaurant in Melbourne CBD, serving modern Korean-Australian food with a solid farm-to-table philosophy. We work closely with local farmers, growers and producers, with a focus on seasonal Australian ingredients and Korean flavours and techniques.

We’re looking for someone who:

Has experience in a professional kitchen

Is passionate about quality produce and cooking

Is reliable, organised and works well within a team

Is keen to learn and develop

Can work approximately 20–30 hours per week
