We’re looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on Assistant Manager to help lead our teams at our Macquarie and Macquarie University stores. If you enjoy working with people, delivering great customer service and keeping a busy store running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do
Support daily store operations and lead by example during busy shifts.
Coach and motivate team members to deliver friendly, effective service.
Help the team achieve sales targets while maintaining product quality.
Support stock management, cleanliness and food safety standards.
Handle customer enquiries and solve everyday problems with a calm, practical approach.
What you’ll bring
Experience in retail, hospitality or customer service.
Some experience leading a team or taking responsibility for a shift—or the readiness to step up.
Clear communication skills and a positive, hands-on attitude.
The ability to stay organised and support your team in a fast-paced environment.
An interest in learning how to run a successful business.
