Open Skills Community Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated GTO & Workforce Partnerships Coordinator to support the establishment and growth of our Group Training Organisation (GTO) operations.
This is a unique prospect to join us at the establishment stage and play an important role in developing our GTO operations, building relationships with host employers, and creating apprenticeship and traineeship opportunities.
The role will initially be part time, with the opportunity to transition to full time as our GTO operations and employer network grow.
Key responsibilities will include:
Supporting the establishment and registration of our GTO operations
Developing relationships with prospective host employers
Identifying apprenticeship and traineeship workforce opportunities
Coordinating apprentice and trainee recruitment, onboarding and placement
Supporting host employers throughout the placement process
Monitoring apprentice and trainee progress, wellbeing and workplace performance
Conducting workplace visits and providing ongoing mentoring and support
Liaising with RTOs, employers and apprenticeship service providers
Coordinating training plans and monitoring training progress
Supporting host employer suitability and WHS assessments
Maintaining GTO compliance documentation and records
Assisting with policies, procedures, audits and continuous improvement
Developing new employer partnerships and growing the host-employer network
About you
We are particularly interested in candidates with previous experience in a registered GTO, apprenticeships and traineeships, workforce development or employer engagement.
Experience as a GTO Coordinator, Field Officer, Workforce Consultant, Apprenticeship/Traineeship Coordinator, Employer Engagement Officer or similar role would be highly regarded.
Pay: $80,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
