The Racking Company is looking for an experienced racking supervisor to lead installation crews and deliver secure, high-quality warehouse projects.
Pay: $80,000–$85,000 per year, depending on experience
Away work: Occasional overnight travel, with an allowance for each night away
About the role
You’ll lead racking installation crews on site, coordinate daily work and help keep projects secure, organised and on schedule. You’ll also communicate with clients and the office, and help resolve any issues that come up during installation.
What you’ll do
Supervise and support racking installation crews
Coordinate site activities, equipment and materials
Check installations against drawings and project requirements
Promote protected work practices and maintain quality standards
Keep clients and the office informed about progress and site issues
What we’re looking for
Strong experience installing pallet racking and leading site crews
The ability to read installation drawings and organise work effectively
A practical, safety-focused approach and positive communication skills
A current driver’s licence
Relevant high-risk work licences or site tickets are an advantage
Willingness to travel and stay away overnight from time to time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
