We are looking for individuals with at least 3 months of experience in coffee making, who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating grinders and adjusting settings for optimal coffee extraction
Crafting high-quality espresso-based beverages
Managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a calm and friendly demeanor
Creating latte art (preferred but not required)
Collaborating effectively with the team to ensure exceptional service
Qualifications:
Proven experience in coffee preparation and machine operation
Solid understanding of espresso extraction and coffee grind adjustments
Ability to work well under pressure in a quick-paced setting
A positive, friendly attitude and strong teamwork skills
