Female Support Worker – Friendly, Reliable & Qualified
About the Role
We are looking for a caring, friendly and reliable Female Support Worker to join our team and provide high-quality support to a participant in a respectful and professional manner.
We are looking for someone who is not only experienced in support work, but who genuinely enjoys helping people, takes initiative and can build a positive and trusting relationship with the participant.

Key Responsibilities
Provide person-centred support based on the participant’s individual needs and goals
Assist with daily activities and community participation
Encourage independence, confidence and social engagement
Follow the participant’s support plan and agreed routines
Take initiative to identify appropriate activities and opportunities
Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality
Complete accurate shift notes and communicate significant information to the coordination team
Work collaboratively with the participant, family and other members of the support team

Pay: $34.44 – $45.28 per hour
Expected hours: 2.0 – 20.0 per week
