Job Description: Wall and Floor Tiler

Location: Perth, Western Australia
Salary: $75K-$85K per annum
Hours per Week: 38 hours
About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated, skilled and dedicated Wall and Floor Tilers to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. The successful candidates will be responsible for laying tiles and stone on floors and walls, ensuring high-quality finishes in both residential and commercial projects. Must know stone.

Key Responsibilities:
Measure and mark surfaces to be tiled.
Prepare work surfaces by removing old tiles, grout, and adhesive.
Apply adhesives to surfaces and tiles, align tiles to ensure straightness and uniformity.
Cut tiles to fit around obstacles and into odd spaces and corners.
Lay tiles in patterns according to the design plans.
Apply grout between tiles and clean off excess grout.
Inspect finished surfaces for quality and make necessary adjustments.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Wall and Floor Tiler.




Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans.
Excellent physical condition and stamina.
Driver's Licence: Essential.
Police Clearance: Required.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling or equivalent.
Relevant trade qualifications and certifications.
Experience with various tiling materials and techniques.
Knowledge of safety standards and building codes.
