We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Enrolled Nurse (EN) to join our team in a work from home Aged Care Triage role.

This is an excellent opportunity for an EN who enjoys using their clinical knowledge to assess and prioritise the needs of older people, provide appropriate clinical advice, and support aged-care teams in delivering protected, high-quality care.

About the Role

As an Aged Care Triage Enrolled Nurse, you will provide clinical support by assessing incoming clinical concerns, determining the appropriate level of care, and escalating matters where required.

Your responsibilities will include:
Responding to health and care-related concerns from aged-care facilities, staff, residents and/or families.
Identifying changes in a resident's condition and determining appropriate next steps.
Providing clinical guidance and support within your scope of practice.




Recognising situations requiring urgent medical attention or escalation.
Communicating effectively with GPs, Registered Nurses, care staff and other healthcare specialists.
Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Following established clinical protocols, policies and escalation pathways.

We are looking for an Enrolled Nurse who is confident, clinically minded and able to make sound decisions in a remote setting.
The ability to work independently while being part of a supportive clinical team.
