We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Fulltime Store Manager to lead our crew at Chatime Melbourne Central Lonsdale and help bring that experience to life every day.

What You'll Be Doing:

· Hands on role, lead, coach, and help our team members grow in a positive and fun setting

· Deliver outstanding customer service and brand experience

· Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures and policies

· Maintain store presentation, cleanliness and operational excellence

· Manage team rostering, stock-take, and stock ordering

· Support the rollout of promotions,



marketing campaigns and recent product launches

About You:

· You're a people person who loves developing and inspiring a team

· You're highly organised with excellent attention to detail

· You're a confident communicator who is proactive and takes initiative

Previous experience in management is required.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
