We’re looking for an enthusiastic, sales-focused team member to join Sage Collective at Westfield Kotara. Appointment as a Sales Assistant, 2IC or Store Manager will depend on your experience, with prospects to grow within the business.
About the role
Deliver warm, attentive customer service and help customers find styles they love.
Drive sales and meet sales targets and KPIs.
Keep the store beautifully presented and organised.
Assist with stock management and daily store operations.
For 2IC and management appointments, support and lead the team to deliver excellent service and results.
About you
A love of women’s fashion and a confident approach to selling.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
A friendly, professional manner and presentation.
Strong attention to detail,
organisation and problem-solving skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A calm, flexible approach during busy periods.
Weekend availability is essential.
Previous fashion retail experience is preferred but not essential for the Sales Assistant role. Applicants for 2IC or Store Manager positions should have relevant retail experience.
