This role will see you working closely with an entrepreneurial Director, driving projects, clients, and team performance. They are seeking a commercially astute and design-led Associate to play a pivotal role in the next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full project lifecycle across a diverse portfolio including urban development, infrastructure, and both national and international work
Drive client engagement, maintaining and growing key relationships to secure repeat business
Work closely with the Director to provide strategic oversight while maintaining hands-on project control
Support and mentor a junior team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative culture
Manage project financials including invoicing, forecasting, and commercial outcomes
Contribute to business development initiatives and strengthen market presence through your network
Drive program, design coordination, and documentation across all project stages
Contribute to the growth of the studio
Skills and Experience
10+ years’ of professional experience within a reputable landscape or urban design practice
Proven experience operating at Associate level within landscape architecture
Strong leadership capability with a track record of mentoring and developing teams
Demonstrated expertise across multiple sectors including greenfield developments, architectural, residential and international project work
Demonstrated success in client relationship management and business development
Proficiency in CAD, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office
Confident leader with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
