Massage Therapist — Prospect to Progress into Management

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable massage therapist who takes pride in their treatments and wants an opportunity to grow with our business.
This role will begin with providing massage treatments, with the opportunity for the right person to progress into managing the clinic and earn additional management bonuses.
The role
Provide quality massage treatments suited to each client’s needs.
Help clients feel comfortable, welcomed and cared for.
Maintain a clean, qualified treatment space.
Work well with the team and help build repeat clientele.
Prospect for progression
We’re looking for someone interested in taking on more responsibility over time. As you develop in the role, this could include helping organise the team, oversee daily operations and maintain a high standard of customer service.
Progression into management will include additional responsibilities and performance bonuses, with clear expectations and bonus arrangements agreed before you step into the position.
About you
Relevant massage qualifications and a commitment to skilled standards.
Remedial qualifications are preferred, but other qualified massage therapists are welcome to apply.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Reliable, caring and able to work independently.
An interest in leadership and helping a business grow.
Pay and working hours will be discussed based on your qualifications, experience and availability.
