As a Strata Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strata and community schemes, providing expert advice to owners corporations and strata committees, and ensuring the smooth operation of each scheme under your management.
Key responsibilities
End-to-end strata management of a portfolio of residential and mixed-use strata and community schemes
Preparing for and attending strata committee and general meetings
Providing advice to owners corporations and committee members
Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractor engagement
Managing budgets, quotations, insurance matters and compliance issues
Management and enforcement of By-Laws
Responding to owner and resident enquiries professionally and efficiently
Building and maintaining strong relationships with committees, owners and stakeholders
Ensuring compliance with the Strata Schemes Management Act and associated legislation
About you
Current NSW Class 1 or Class 2 Strata Licence
Previous strata management experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Sound knowledge of NSW strata legislation
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
A proactive and solutions-focused approach
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
