No two days are the same out in the field. You’ll be the one industry calls when a machine goes down, working across mining, manufacturing, construction, and more, on everything from fixed plant to mobile equipment. We’re growing rapid and need another sharp tech to join the Dandenong crew.

What you’ll be doing
Heading out to site, diagnosing the fault, and getting the machine back up and running
Deciding on the fix (repair or replace) and driving it through
Installing and commissioning current hydraulic systems
Carrying out preventative maintenance on existing equipment
Time in the workshop on cylinder rebuilds,



and pump and motor repairs and testing
Doing it all safely and in line with WHS procedures

What you’ll bring
Trade qualification (Diesel, Auto, Mechanical or Hydraulic Fitter)
Hydraulic field service experience, with the ability to write explicit, concise service reports
Hydraulic overhaul and diagnostics experience, and the ability to read hydraulic circuits (desirable)
Flexibility for overtime and weekend call-out rosters when needed
Valid driver’s licence and a safety-first mindset
Ambition to build a long-term career with us
