You'll be our on-the-road supervisor. Your job is to make sure every clean gets done, done well, and on time.
Visit and spot-check sites, and make sure cleaners show up and meet the standard
Step in and cover a clean yourself when a cleaner is sick, late or doesn't show
Arrange a replacement cleaner when you can't cover, and keep the roster moving
Train current cleaners on site and show them each site's routine
Be the first contact for cleaners during your coverage days, and report issues to management
