Direction Design & Print produces and supplies signage, large and small format printing, and promotional merchandise to clients all across Australia.

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse & Production Assistant to help produce, organise, pack and dispatch these orders.

The role

You’ll work across large format, small format and procured products, supporting production and fabrication through to picking, packing and dispatch.

Our workshop handles a high volume of work for key clients. We follow a structured picking and packing process, with orders checked, labelled and packed by client and delivery location for distribution nationally. Accuracy, organisation and following the process are essential.

Your duties will include:
Assisting with large and small format print production
Trimming, assembling, finishing and fabricating signage and printed products
Receiving and checking products from suppliers
Picking orders against job instructions and packing lists
Checking product specifications,



quantities and delivery details
Packing and labelling orders by client, site and delivery location
Preparing completed orders for freight or collection
Organising stock, materials and completed products

About you

We are looking for someone who:
Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work
Can maintain accuracy in a busy production setting
Follows established processes and checks their work
Is organised and comfortable handling orders with multiple products and destinations
Is comfortable with manual handling and being on their feet
Can use basic hand tools and learn production equipment
Works well with a team and gets on with tasks independently

Experience in warehousing, picking and packing, production or fabrication would be helpful. Experience in the print and signage industry would be advantageous, but is not essential.
