Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plant Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner. The Plant Operator will work closely with other team members to ensure that production targets are met and that all equipment is functioning properly.

Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain machinery and equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines
Monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal efficiency
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and make repairs as necessary
Maintain accurate records of equipment performance and maintenance activities




Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure that production targets are met
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience operating and maintaining machinery and equipment
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Willingness to work versatile schedule and overtime as needed
