We are a fast-paced, community-focused hub looking for a vibrant multitasking superstar to join our team.

The Role
As a All-Rounder, you are the heartbeat of the cafe. We need someone who can dial in a grinder with precision while maintaining a "service with a smile" attitude during the morning rush.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Greeting regulars, taking orders via POS, and handling transactions.
Floor Support: Serving food, clearing tables, and ensuring the dining area is clean and inviting.
General Duties: Assisting with light food prep and helping with opening/closing procedures.
Nice to Have Skill - Expert Brewing: Operating a manual espresso machine to deliver high-quality coffee. (Not Mandatory, if you have this skill its a Bonus)
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
Previous experience in a quick-paced cafe environment (1+ years preferred).
Coffee Skills: Solid knowledge of milk texturing, grind adjustment, and consistency.
Reliability: Punctual, hardworking, and able to work well under pressure.
Availability: Must be available for [Insert: e.g., early morning starts and weekends].
Energy: A positive personality that adds to our team culture and makes customers feel at home.
