Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work well under pressure

Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages according to company standards
Greet customers in a friendly and skilled manner
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station area
Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
Upsell products when appropriate
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Barista preferred but not required
2.Completion of barista training course or certification is an asset
3.Food handling certificate is desirable
4.Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
5.Must be eligible to work in Australia
