OTR Tyres is looking for an experienced, driven Branch Manager to lead our current Bunbury location. This is your opportunity to launch and grow a branch backed by an established customer base and solid regional demand.
You will lead operations, people, safety, service and commercial performance. Build a capable team, strengthen customer partnerships and create current opportunities. With support from OTR’s national network, you will shape the branch culture and drive sustainable growth.
What You’ll Lead
Lead safe and efficient day-to-day Bunbury branch operations
Build and lead an effective and efficient branch team
Champion safety and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements
Drive branch performance across operations, service delivery, resources, costs, profitability and growth
Partner with the Management Team to implement strategy and improve branch performance
Strengthen customer relationships and drive regional growth
What You’ll Bring
Branch management experience, ideally within the tyre industry
Solid communication,
influencing and customer relationship skills
A motivated, customer-focused and results-driven approach
Sound analytical skills and commercial financial understanding
Confidence using Microsoft Office, Outlook and sales/finance systems
Proven experience leading, coaching and developing teams
